常州市土地生态安全评价研究

摘要 本文基于P-S-R模型,构建常州市土地生态安全评价指标体系;运用熵权法求取指标权重,构建常州市土地生态安全评价模型,对常州市2005~2015年的土地生态安全状况进行综合评价。结果表明:2005~2015年11年间常州市土地生态安全值由2005年的0.3819上升至2015年的0.6276,安全值变化幅度较大,安全等级由Ⅳ级"较不安全"上升至Ⅲ级"临界安全"。尽管土地生态压力略有上升,但是在土地生态响应不断加大的情况下,土地生态状态仍然逐渐转好。未来常州市应深入实施和落实耕地保护政策,继续加大土地污染治理和环境保护力度、优化土地开发利用发展方式和结构,并推进土地节约集约化利用,不断提升常州市土地生态安全水平,实现土地资源可持续发展。 According to P-S-R model, this article builds an evaluation index system of land ecology security of Changzhou city. Using the entropy method to obtain the weights of the evaluation system indexes, and to construct an evaluation model of land ecology security, this paper evaluates the land ecology security situation of Changzhou city from 2006-2015. The result shows that the security level raises from 0.3819 in 2006 to 0.6276 in 2015, and the corresponding grade promotes from less safe(grade Ⅳ) to critical safe(grade Ⅲ). Although the ecology pressure has been increased, under the situation of increasing land ecological response, the land ecological state has been gradually improved eventually. In the future, a series of methods must be taken to elevate the state of land ecological security level of Changzhou, such as implementing the policy of farmland protection, strengthening and intensifying the land pollution control, optimizing the development mode and structure of land exploitation and utilization, and promoting intensive land utilization, so as to improve land ecology security level and realize the sustainable development of land resources.
