摘要
采用内插算法开发了流固耦合网格转换软件HUSTM2M并提出了大型水下浮体在极限工况下强度分析的计算方法.建立大型水下浮体的流体计算网格以及结构计算网格,利用流体计算软件FLUENT进行流场分析,用流固耦合网格转换软件HUSTM2M将流体网格上的压力值转换到结构网格上,采用软件ABAQUS对结构物进行强度有限元分析.最后采用该计算方法分析由武钢研制的大型水下浮体在南海海域极限工况下的强度.算例表明该计算方法较为实用,具有潜在的工程应用价值.
Developed fluid-solid coupling grid conversion software HUSTM2M which used interpolation algorithm and developed an approach to complete strength analysis of the BSR in the limit conditions.In the first step,divided the fluid mesh and the structure mesh and decided the hydrodynamic loads by computational fluid dynamics(CFD)analysis using FLUENT.In the second step,developed to interpolate the nodal forces on a fluid mesh to the nodal forces on a structural mesh using HUSTM2M.At last step,complete structural finite element analysis(FEA)using ABAQUS.Finally,the analysis approach is used to analyze the strength of the BSR in the limit conditions in the south-sea.The potential of the proposed analysis approach to be applied in solving engineering problems is shown through practices.
