摘要
为充分发挥固体火箭发动机柔性喷管接头承载性能,同时减小其消极质量,在等截面柔性接头设计计算的基础上,通过计算目标函数对设计变量的敏感度,得到对输出最敏感的参数;保证接头总体厚度不变,以增强件及弹性件的球面直径为设计变量,以接头最大应力和最小质量为目标函数,采用多目标优化算法,得到变截面优化接头结构;用大变形非线性有限元及刚柔耦合多体动力学计算方法,计算并对比了两种柔性接头的质量及内部应力、变形及摆动状态,检验了变截面优化接头承载能力及计算方法的正确性。
In order to achieve full play to the carrying performance of the flexible nozzle joint of solid rocket motor and reduce its negative mass,the sensitivity of the objective function to the design variable is calculated based on the designed calculation of the flexible joint with equal section,so that the parameters that are most sensitive to the output have been obtained.To ensure that the overall thickness of the joint is not changed,the spherical diameter of the reinforcement rings and the elastomer rings are taken as the designed variables,whereas the joint maximum stress and minimum mass are the objective functions.The multi-objective optimization algorithm is adopted to obtain an variable section optimized joint structure.The large deformation nonlinear finite element method and multi-body dynamics rigid coupling model are used to calculate the mass,internal stress,deformation and swing state of two flexible joints.The theoretical correctness of the bearing capacity of the variable cross-section optimized joint and the correctness are validated by experiments.
