摘要
目的观察补气活血益精方对少弱精子不育症患者的精子密度及活力的影响。方法将120例符合纳入标准的少弱精子不育症患者随机分为2组,治疗组60例采用补气活血益精方治疗,对照组60例采用五子衍宗丸治疗,2组均以3月为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察并比较2组的临床疗效及治疗前后患者的精子密度、精子活力。结果治疗组总有效率为88.33%,对照组为48.33%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者的精子密度及活力均显著升高,与同组治疗前比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组精子密度及活力均显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论补气活血益精方可明显改善少弱精子不育症患者的精子密度及活力,临床疗效显著,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Buqi Huoxue Yijing Fang on sperm density and motility in patients with oligoasthenospermia. Methods 120 cases were randomized into control group and treatment group,60 cases each. The treatment group was given Buqi Huoxue Yijing Fang while the control group was intervened by Wuzi Yanzong Wan,3 months as one period. After one period,the efficacies in both groups were compared; the sperm density and motility before and after treatment were also compared. Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 88. 33% and 48. 33% respectively,the difference was significant( P < 0.05). After treatment,the sperm density and motility increased more than that before treatment,there was a statistical difference( P<0.05). The sperm density and motility in treatment group were much higher than those in control group,there was significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Buqi Huoxue Yijing Fang can effectively improve the sperm density and motility in patients with oligoasthenospermia. It has a significant curative effect and is worth a wide clinical application.
