摘要
对《孙文垣医案》中泄泻的辨治特色进行探析。孙一奎治泄首分虚实,实者多属痰湿、食积,虚者多属脾虚、下元不足,重视脉诊,擅用保和丸、二陈汤、四君子汤等化裁治疗,治泄之时不忘畅通气机。
The paper explored the academic characteristic of differential treatment for diarrhea in SUN Wenyuan Medical Records written by SUN Yikui( a famous Xin'an doctor of Ming Dynasty). SUN divided patients into deficiency syndrome group and excess syndrome group. In his opinion,the deficiency syndrome was caused by phlegmdampness,indigestion,while the excess syndrome was caused by deficient spleen and kidney-qi. He diagnosed patients by feeling the pulse first,then used modified Baohe Pill,Erchen Decoction and Sijunzi Decoction to treat d iarrhea by regulating the functional activities of qi.
