摘要
目的观察少腹逐瘀汤、补阳还五汤及血府逐瘀汤对利血平所致偏头痛模型小鼠的影响,反证利血平所致小鼠偏头痛的中医证型。方法采用利血平复制偏头痛小鼠模型,观察少腹逐瘀汤、补阳还五汤及血府逐瘀汤对小鼠体质量、肛温、痛阈以及脑组织5-羟色胺(5-HT)的影响。结果 3种活血化瘀方均能显著提高偏头痛小鼠痛阈值(P<0.01),升高肛温(P<0.05),其中少腹逐瘀汤能升高脑组织5-HT的含量(P<0.05),补阳还五汤及血府逐瘀汤则对脑组织5-HT的含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论少腹逐瘀汤、补阳还五汤、血府逐瘀汤对利血平所致偏头痛模型小鼠均有一定的治疗作用,其中少腹逐瘀汤的作用机制可能与调节模型小鼠脑内5-HT等单胺类神经递质有关,初步反证利血平所致偏头痛小鼠模型中医证型与寒凝血瘀证较为接近。
Objective To observe the influence of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction,Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction to mice with migraine induced by reserpine and to prove the TCM syndrome of migraine. Me- t hods The migraine mice models induced by reserpine were given Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction,Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,mice's body weight,rectal temperature,pain threshold and content of 5-HT in brain tissue were observed and determined. Results The three types of prescriptions significantly raised the pain threshold in migraine mice( P<0.01) as well as increased rectal temperature( P<0.05). Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction increased the content of 5-HT in brain tissues( P<0.05),but the others had no significant effect on 5-HT. Conclusion Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction,Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction have therapeutical effect on migraine and the mechanism is related to the regulation of the content of monoamine neurotransmitter such as 5-HT in the brain tissue. It proves that the TCM syndrome of migraine mice induced by reserprine falls into the blood stasis due to cold accumulation.
