摘要
为降低铁沟浇注料的原料成本和促进固体废弃物的资源再利用,分别以还原刚玉质骨料和棕刚玉骨料,在其他实验条件相同的前提下,制备了两种Al_2O_3-Si C-C质铁沟浇注料试样,研究对比了两种骨料对浇注料的性能的影响。结果表明:(1)试样分别经110℃和1100℃热处理后,以还原刚玉为骨料的试样(编号为1~#)的体积密度皆低于以棕刚玉为骨料的试样(编号为0~#),其显气孔率皆高于试样0~#的;经1500℃热处理后,试样1~#的体积密度高于试样0~#的,其显气孔率低于试样0~#的;经110℃、1100℃热处理后,试样1~#的常温抗折强度皆高于试样0~#的,而常温耐压强度表现则相反;经1500℃热处理后,试样1~#的常温抗折强度和常温耐压强度皆高于试样0~#的。(2)还原刚玉骨料玻璃相含量较高,致使试样1~#的高温抗折强度低于试样0~#的。(3)与试样0~#相比,试样1~#的抗侵蚀性较差,抗渗透性较好。综合考虑还原刚玉的各项性能可知,还原刚玉有望作为骨料替代棕刚玉在高炉出铁沟浇注料中的使用。
In order to reduce the raw material cost of the trough castables and the resource reuse of the solid waste,two kinds of Al2O3-SiC-C were prepared under the premise of reduced corundum aggregate and the brown corundum aggregate,respectively,under the same experimental conditions.The trough castable samples were studied to compare the effects of the two aggregates on the properties of the castable.The results show that:(1)after the sample is heat treated at 110℃and 1100℃,the volume density of the sample with reduced corundum(sample 1#)as aggregate is lower than that of the sample with brown corundum(sample 0#)as the aggregate,its apparent porosity is higher than that of sample 0#;after heat treatment at 1500℃,the volume density of sample 1#is higher than that of sample 0#,and its apparent porosity is lower than that of sample 0#;after heat treatment at 110℃and 1100℃,the normal temperature flexural strength of sample 1#is higher than that of sample 0#,while the normal temperature compressive strength is reversed;after heat treatment at 1500℃,sample 1#is bent at room temperature.Both the strength and the normal temperature compressive strength are higher than those of the sample 0#.(2)The content of the glass phase of the reduced corundum aggregate is high,so that the high temperature bending strength of the sample 1#is lower than that of the sample 0#.(3)Compared with sample 0#,sample 1#has poor corrosion resistance and good penetration resistance.Considering the various properties of reduced corundum,it is known that reduced corundum is expected to be used as an aggregate instead of brown corundum in the blast furnace trough castables.
