摘要
制备掺杂稀土氧化物CeO_2和Pr_2O_3的SrO-CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-B_2O_3系统封接玻璃,通过差热分析、X-射线衍射分析、SEM分析、流动性测试和热膨胀系数测试对玻璃的性质进行了研究。发现Pr_2O_3掺杂玻璃和CeO_2掺杂玻璃相比,Pr_2O_3掺杂玻璃具有较高的玻璃转变温度(T_g)和较低的热膨胀系数,玻璃网络结构更致密。对掺杂后的两组玻璃试样和SUS430不锈钢分别进行封接,在SEM下观察到界面结合紧密。掺杂CeO_2的封接玻璃与不锈钢结合更好,界面无裂纹和孔洞。
Preparation of doped rare earth oxide CeO_2 and Pr_2O_3 of SrO-CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-B_2O_3 system sealing glass.By differential thermal analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis,flow testing and thermal expansion coefficient test of the nature of glass were studied.Find Pr_2O_3 doping CeO_2 doped glass and glass,compared with a high glass transition temperature(T_g) and a low coefficient of thermal expansion,the glass network structure is more compact.Two samples of doped glass and SUS430 stainless steel were sealed under SEM observed interfacial bond better.CeO_2 doped sealing glass and stainless steel combination of more closely,interface free of cracks and holes.
