低温霜冻和喷布保护剂对梨花子房抗寒性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 【目的】揭示梨花子房抗寒性在不同低温霜冻条件和保护剂处理下的变化规律,探索阻抗分析法应用于梨花子房抗霜冻研究的可行性。【方法】以2 a生‘红香酥’‘新梨7号’和‘雪青’梨为试材,通过对不同物候期花朵进行低温霜冻处理或喷布防冻剂,研究了不同梨品种、不同物候期、不同抗霜冻保护剂对于梨花子房抗寒性的影响。【结果】在-3℃和-2℃低温条件下,‘红香酥’与‘新梨7号’梨花子房抗寒性存在显著差异,‘红香酥’子房抗寒性显著高于‘新梨7号’;气球期子房和盛花期花朵子房相比,胞外电阻率比值(re霜冻花/正常花)分别为84.08%和80.11%,说明盛花期子房抗寒性明显弱于气球期子房;在-3℃条件下,天达和护树处理子房胞外电阻率比值(re护树/天达)为66.32%,芸苔素和护树处理子房胞外电阻率比值(re护树/芸苔素)为58.95%,在此低温下3种抗霜冻保护剂增强梨花子房抗寒性的效果由强到弱顺序依次为天达>芸苔素>护树。【结论】随着梨花物候期的进展和霜冻温度降低,梨花子房抗寒性下降,天达和芸苔素抗霜冻保护剂增强子房抗寒性效果优于护树,子房阻抗分析法可应用于梨花子房抗霜性的研究。 【Objective】The study aimed to reveal the changing pattern of pear ovaries during blooming period under different conditions and clarify the possibility of applying impedance analysis to the evaluation of frost resistance of pear ovaries.【Methods】The effects of different low temperatures and application of protective agents on the ovary hardiness were studied in various enological flowering phases in‘Hongxiangsu’‘Xinli 7’and‘Xueqing’.【Results】The results indicated that under-3℃or-2℃,ovaries of‘Hongxiangsu’and‘Xinli 7’displayed significant difference in hardiness,that of the former being stronger than the latter.In comparison with the full pink stage flowers,the flowers in full flowering stage had hardier ovaries,with reHushu/Tiandaand reHushu/Yuntaisuof 84.08%and 80.11%,respectively.At-3℃,the reHusu/Tianda and reHusu/Yuntaisuwere 66.32%and 58.95%,respectively,and the descending order of the ovary hardiness was Tianda>Yuntaisu>Hushu.【Conclusion】As flower developed and with temperatures decrease,the ovary resistance to freezing damage declined.The efficacy of Tianda and Yuntaisu in improving freezing resistance of the ovaries was better than that of Hushu,and the impedance analysis can be used in the future to study on freezing resistance in pear ovaries.
