摘要
【目的】探讨桃树的矮生机制。【方法】以乔生桃品种‘华玉’(Prunus persica‘Huayu’)、‘迎霜’(P.persica‘Yingshuang’)和‘朝晖’桃(P.persica‘Zhaohui’)为对照,采用组织离析、显微照相与生物计量统计法,检测了矮生树7-44(P.persica‘7-44’)、‘寿星’(P.persica‘Shouxing’)和‘矮丽蜜’桃(P.persica‘Ailimi’)茎导管分子的形态和大小。【结果】矮生桃树导管分子侧壁次生增厚和木质化的方式、纹孔式、穿孔板类型、有尾情况、端壁倾斜情况与乔生桃树基本一致,但矮生桃树导管分子长度与直径均比乔生桃树小。【结论】小导管性可能是桃树矮生表现的重要的细胞学原因。
【Objective】The objective of the study was to investigate dwarfing mechanism in peach trees.【Method】Taking standard tree(Prunus persica ‘Huayu',P.persica‘Yingshuang' and P.persica ‘Zhao-hui') as control,the shape and size of vessel elements in stem of dwarf tree(P.persica ‘7-44',P.persica ‘Shouxing' and P.persica ‘Ailimi') were examined using tissue segregation procedure,micrograph and biometric statistical method.【Result】The results showed that although the mode of secondary wallthickening and lignifications,pitting pattern,types of perforation plates,frequency of different tail types of vessel element and frequency of different end wall tilt types of vessel element in stem of dwarf tree were basically consistent with those of standard trees,both length and width were smaller than those in standard trees.【Conclusion】The results suggest that smaller vessel elements may be an important reason for dwarfing phenomenon in peach trees.
