摘要
烟草花叶病毒与丙酰紫草素结合而失活，用萃取法除去化合物后可使病毒粒子恢复侵染力，并且其沉降系数及光谱特性并不改变。
The TMV particles combined with propionylshikonin and were inactivated,which could be recovered by extracting propionylshikonin from virus particles ;and the sedimentation coefficient,UV-VIS spectrum of virus were not changed.
