摘要
目的观察ATP对离体逼尿肌肌条自发性收缩频率及收缩幅度的作用。方法建立Wistar大鼠下尿路梗阻动物模型 ,6周后行充盈性膀胱测压 ,根据有否逼尿肌不稳定 (逼尿肌稳定 )将下尿路梗阻动物分为逼尿肌不稳定组和逼尿肌稳定组 ,用拉力传感器观察三磷酸腺苷 (adenosinetriphoate ,ATP)对离体逼尿肌肌条的自发性收缩频率及收缩幅度的影响。结果大鼠膀胱下尿路梗阻6周后逼尿肌不稳定发生率为62.1 % ;ATP能明显抑制逼尿肌的自发性收缩 ,降低逼尿肌肌条自发性收缩频率及收缩幅度 (P<0.05) ;梗阻后逼尿肌不稳定组、逼尿肌稳定组及对照组之间无显著差异 (P>0.05)。结论ATP能显著抑制正常和梗阻后逼尿肌自发性收缩 。
Objective To investigate the effects of adenosine triphoate(ATP) on obstructive of the range and the frequency of the automatic contractility on isolated detrusor strip.Methods On the basis of making the model of obstructive of Wistar rats, low urinary tract(LUT), the cystometry was detected after 6 weeks, the animal was divided into two groups as with or without detrusor instability (DI): DI and non_DI group,then observe the effects of ATP on the range and the frequency of the automatic contractility on isolated detrusor strip.Results The rate of DI after 6 weeks' obstructive of LUT is 62.1%; ATP can inhibit the contract of detrusor significantly, decrease the range and the frequency of the automatic contractility (P<0.05), with no difference on the DI,non-DI and control group(P>0.05). Conclusion ATP can inhibit the contract of normal and post-obstructive de_trusor significantly but their action among the DI still need to have a further study.
