The Clinical Study of the Menopause with Taste Disorder

摘要 目的 探讨更年期味觉障碍和舌菌状乳头、味觉功能之间的关系。方法 通过不同浓度柠檬酸溶液 ,检测全口发现阈值、强度比较能力和菌状乳头形态和数量。结果 味觉障碍组全口发现阈值显著高于健康对照组 ,对酸强度的敏感性和分辨能力显著下降 ,菌状乳头数目两组无明显差异。 Objective To study the taste function of the menopause females with taste disorder.Methods The taste threshold, magnitude matching and the number of the fungiform papillae on tongue were evaluated and compared between the menopause females and younger females. The citric acid is used as the taste stimulative solution. Results The taste threshold of the menopause females with taste disorder is higher than that of normal younger females. The ability of the magnitude matching of the menopause females with taster disorder is lower than that of nomal younger females;there is no difference in the number of the fugiform papillae between menopause females and normal younger females.Conclusion The taste disorder may be caused by taste bud degeneration and the change of internal secretive hormone in the menopause females.
