综述了油脂色泽测定方法的研究进展情况 ,并指出发展一种客观的油脂色泽测定方法的必要性和可行性 。
This paper studies on the advance in determination of oil color,and it also points out the necessarity and possibility of developing an objective method.The prospects of measuring oil color by image analysis are discussed at the end of this arthcle.
