摘要
目的探讨中药穴位贴敷联合艾箱灸治疗青春期女性月经不调的临床效果。方法选取2018年3月—2019年3月收治的40例青春期女性月经不调患者作为研究对象,并严格按照随机分配原则分为对照组(20例)与观察组采用(20例),对照组常规治疗方法,观察组采用中药穴位贴敷联合艾箱灸治疗。比较2组的治疗效果、前列腺素、外周血前列腺素变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05),治疗后观察组的前列腺素高于对照组,外周血前列腺素低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);2组治疗前前列腺素和外周血前列腺素指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论青春期女性月经不调患者采用中药穴位贴敷联合艾箱灸治疗效果显著,可有效改善前列腺素和外周血前列腺素指标,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with moxa box moxibustion in treating irregular menstruation in adolescent female.Methods 40 cases of adolescent women with menstrual irregularities admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group(20 cases)and observation group(20 cases)according to the principle of random distribution.The control group used conventional treatment methods,and the observation group used acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with box moxibustion.The therapeutic effects and prostaglandin and prostaglandin in the peripheral blood changes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The prostaglandin in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the prostaglandin in the peripheral blood was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between prostaglandin and peripheral blood prostaglandin before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application and moxibustion can improve prostaglandin and peripheral blood prostaglandin index effectively,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
