摘要
目的探究桂甘龙牡汤治疗心悸的临床效果,并分析其对生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年9月—2018年10月收治的心悸患者100例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例)。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上给予桂甘龙牡汤治疗。统计2组治疗后临床疗效;比较2组生活质量的变化和6 min步行试验距离、末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proNBP)水平的变化。结果治疗后观察组与对照组的临床总有效率分别为88. 00%、68. 00%,观察组显著高于对照组(P <0. 05);与治疗前比,治疗后2组生活质量显著提高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P <0. 01);与治疗前比,2组治疗后的6 min步行试验距离均增加,且观察组多于对照组;与治疗前比,治疗后2组NT-proBNP水平明显降低,且观察组低于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论桂甘龙牡汤可有效缓解心悸患者临床症状,改善生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Guigan Longmu decoction on palpitation and to analyze its influence on quality of life.Methods 100 patients with palpitation admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to October 2018 were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Guigan Longmu decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed,and the changes of quality of life,distance of 6-minute walking test and the level of N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 88.00%and 68.00%respectively.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the quality of life of the two groups improved significantly,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the 6-minute walking test distance of the two groups increased after treatment,and the observation group was more than the control group.Compared with before treatment,the level of NTpro NBP of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Guigan Longmu decoction can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with palpitation,which is worthy of clinical application.
