摘要
目的探讨逐经督脉灸疗法治疗肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎(ankylosingspondylitis,AS)的效果。方法采用回顾性方法,选取2017年1月—2018年10月收治的60例肾虚督寒型AS患者的临床资料,随机将其分为对照组(30例,给予传统艾灸盒、传统艾灸灸督脉治疗)与治疗组(30例,给予自制逐经灸自动艾灸机、特制空心艾条逐经灸督脉治疗),比较2组患者中医证候积分、疾病活动指数ASDAS-CRP、ESR、CRP及临床疗效。结果治疗组患者的中医证候积分及ASDAS-CRP明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗组患者临床总有效率(90. 00%)明显高于对照组(66. 67%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=18. 674,P=0. 000)。治疗后2组ESR及CRP水平均降低,且治疗组降低幅度大于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论逐经督脉灸疗法治疗肾虚督寒型AS效果显著,可改善中医证候,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of meridian-by-meridian governor meridian moxibustion therapy on ankylosing spondylitis(AS)of kidney deficiency and governor meridian cold type.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted.The clinical data of 60 patients with AS of kidney deficiency and governor meridian cold type from January 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into control group(30 cases were treated with traditional moxibustion box and traditional moxibustion on governor meridian)and treatment group(30 cases were treated with self-made automatic moxibustion machine and special hollow moxa stick for meridian-by-meridian moxibustion on governor meridian).The traditional Chinese medical syndrome score,disease activity index ASDAS-CRP and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of traditional Chinese medical symptoms and ASDAS-CRP in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group(90.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.67%),and there had significant difference(χ2=18.674,P=0.000).After treatment,ESR and CRP levels in both groups were decreased,and the reduction in the treatment group was greater than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The meridian-by-meridian governor meridian moxibustion therapy for AS of kidney deficiency and cold-governing type has remarkable effect,which can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
