摘要
目的探究疏肝宁胃汤联合奥美拉唑治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的效果。方法随机选取2017年5月—2018年7月收治的慢性浅表性胃炎患者共50例,分为观察组和对照组,每组例数均等。对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用疏肝宁胃汤治疗。分别观察2组患者临床治疗效果、中医症状积分、不良反应总出现率。结果治疗后观察组中医症状积分、不良反应总出现率均低于对照组[(1. 05±0. 61)分<(2. 17±0. 21)分; 16. 00%<44. 00%],P <0. 05;临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(88. 00%> 60. 00%),P <0. 05。结论与单一使用奥美拉唑相比,给予慢性浅表性胃炎患者加用疏肝宁胃汤联合使用,不仅利于降低西药用药不良反应,更利于提升治疗效果,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of Shugan Ningwei decoction combined with omeprazole in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis. Methods 50 patients with chronic superficial gastritis admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with equal number of cases in each group. The control group was treated with omeprazole. The observation group was treated with Shugan Ningwei decoction based on the control group. The clinical effect,symptom score and total incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment,The symptom score of TCM and the total occurrence rate of adverse reactions were lower than those of the control group [( 1. 05 ± 0. 61) 分 <( 2. 17 ± 0. 21) 分;16. 00% <44. 00%) ],P < 0. 05. The total effective rate of clinical treatment was higher than that of the control group( 88. 00% > 60. 00%)( P <0. 05). Conclusion Compared with omeprazole alone,combined use of Shugan Ningwei decoction in patients with chronic superficial gastritis is not only beneficial to reduce the adverse reactions of western medicine,but also to improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of further clinical application.
