摘要
目的观察甘遂灸神阙穴干预女性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法选取女性功能性便秘患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用安慰剂敷脐联合口服乳果糖治疗,治疗组在口服乳果糖治疗基础上用甘遂灸神阙穴,2组均干预2周。治疗后对排便频率、粪便性状、费力程度、排便不尽感和肛门及直肠阻塞感5个症状积分进行评估。结果治疗前,2组排便频率、粪便性状、费力程度、排便不尽感和肛门及直肠阻塞感5个症状积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。治疗后,2组费力程度、排便不尽感和肛门及直肠阻塞感积分均较治疗前改善(P <0. 05); 2组排便频率、粪便性状积分均明显改善(P <0. 01);治疗组排便频率、粪便性状、费力程度、排便不尽感和肛门及直肠阻塞感的评分改善情况均优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论采用甘遂灸神阙穴治疗女性功能性便秘患者临床疗效肯定,能有效缓解排便困难,改善伴随症状,提高患者生存质量满意度。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Gansui moxibustion at Shenque( CV8) in the intervention of female functional constipation. Methods 60 female patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into intervention group( n = 30)and control group( n = 30). The control group was treated with placebo and oral lactulose. The intervention group was treated with Gansui moxibustion at Shenque( CV8) on the basis of the oral lactulose. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The frequency of defecation,fecal traits,laboring degree,defecation feeling and anal and rectal obstruction were evaluated after treatment. Results Before treatment,the scores of defecation frequency,fecal traits,laboring degree,defecation feeling and anal and rectal obstruction were not significantly different between the two groups( P > 0. 05). After treatment,the scores of laboring,defecation,anal and rectal obstruction in both groups were better than those before treatment( P < 0. 05). The defecation frequency and fecal trait score of the two groups were improved significantly( P < 0. 01). The improvement of defecation frequency,fecal traits,laboring degree,defecation feeling and anal and rectal obstruction in the intervention group was better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The Gansui moxibustion at Shenque( CV8) in the intervention of female functional constipation has clinical curative effect,can effectively alleviate the difficult defecation,improve associated symptoms and the satisfaction of the quality of life of patients.
