摘要
钢箱梁安装长度是检验成桥线形的重要因素,为了提高钢箱梁长度安装精度,通过厂内精度预拼装、安装线形监测、环焊缝焊接变形跟踪监测等方法来控制钢箱梁长度安装误差,其中厂内预拼装经过精准的胎架加工和高频率检测胎架安装线形来保证钢箱梁加工精度;钢箱梁安装线形控制严格按照监控方案和吊装方案进行反复调整,以保证钢箱梁线形最大限度满足监控要求;钢箱梁梁长监测通过科学分析施工环境对钢箱梁安装长度造成的影响,合理调整安装工序,以保证钢箱梁安装长度满足监控要求;钢箱梁焊接阶段通过对钢箱梁缝宽调整及钢箱梁焊接后顶、底板焊接量差值规律的取得,为梁段匹配时补偿梁段间缝宽提供了准确依据,保证了钢箱梁梁长的架设精度。钢箱梁梁长最终验收结果满足监控要求。
The installation length of steel box girder is an important factor for testing bridge geometric shape.In order to improve the installation precision of steel box girder length,the installation deviation of steel box girder length is controlled by means of pre-assembly accuracy in factory,installation geometric shape survey,tracking monitoring of girder circular seam welding deformation and so on. The precision of the steel box girder is guaranteed by the precision jig frame processing and high frequency detection of the jig frame geometric shape for pre-assembly in factory. The steel box girder is installed with geometric control in strict accordance with the monitoring scheme and the hoisting scheme,which is changed several times to ensure the steel box girder geometric shape to meet the monitoring requirements. The influence of the construction environment on the installation length of the steel box girder is analyzed through scientific analysis and adjusting the installation procedure properly to ensure the installation length of steel box girder meets the monitoring requirements. In the welding stage of steel box girder,the weld seam width is adjusted,and the rule of the difference of welding of the top and bottom slabs is obtained,it provides an accurate basis for compensating the weld seam width between girder segments to ensure the erection accuracy of steel box girder. The final acceptance result of steel box girder is satisfied with the monitoring requirements.
