混杂纤维和聚合物乳液对水泥基铺装材料性能影响

Effect of Hybrid Fiber and Polymer Emulsion on Mechanical Properties and Fatigue Resistance of Cement-Based Paving Materials

摘要 采用钢纤维、PVA纤维和聚合物乳液对水泥基路面铺装材料进行改性,研究不同混杂纤维掺量和聚合物乳液掺量对水泥基材料的力学性能和抗疲劳性能的影响及其作用机理。研究结果表明:混杂纤维和聚合物乳液对水泥基材料有显著的增韧效果,当纤维掺量为0.5%PVA+1.0%钢纤维时,28d抗折强度可达16.4 MPa,弯曲韧性指数I20可达15.95;加入聚合物乳液后,28d抗折强度提升25%以上,弯曲韧性指数I20可达22.12,并且提升工作性能;混杂纤维和聚合物乳液的加入还会提升水泥基材料抗弯曲疲劳性能,当掺入1.0%钢纤维+0.5%PVA纤维以及10%聚合物乳液时,0.65应力水平下抗弯疲劳循环次数大于350万次,是空白对照的3.76倍。 The effects of hybrid fiber and polymer emulsion on the mechanical properties and fatigue resistance of cement-based paving materials are studied in the paper.The results show that,the hybrid fiber and polymer emulsion have significant toughening effect on cement-based materials.When the fiber content is 0.5%PVA+1.0%steel fiber,the 28dflexural strength is 16.4MPa,and bending ductility index I20is 15.95;after adding the polymer emulsion,the flexural strength of the 28dis increased by more than 25%,and I20can be up to 22.12,and the workability is improved;hybrid fiber and the polymer emulsion also improve the bending fatigue resistance of the cement-based material.When 1.0%steel fiber+0.5%PVA fiber and 10%polymer emulsion are blended,bending fatigue cycles at 0.65stress level is more than 3.5million times,which is 3.76times that of the control sample.
