摘要
为研究剪切压实成型沥青混合料空隙率影响因素,文中研究一套剪切压实仪制备均匀试件的方法,并在此基础上通过灰关联分析方法研究沥青类型、沥青用量、剪切压实次数及细集料级配对试件空隙率的影响,并得出各因素对试件空隙率影响大小。研究结果表明:灰关联法是一种适用于研究沥青混合料空隙率影响因素的分析方法,在各影响因素中剪切压实次数、油石比及粒径≤0.075mm质量分数是影响剪切压实试件空隙率的三大主要因素。研究结果对沥青混合料设计和施工质量控制具有一定的指导意义。
In order to study the factors influencing the voidage of mixtures formed by Shear Box Compactor,in this paper a set of shear compactor to prepare uniform specimen is studied,and the influence of asphalt type,asphalt content,the number of shear compacting and fine aggregate gradation on the voidage of mixtures are studied based on the grey relation degree analysis,and the influence of all factors on the voidage of mixtures are analyzed.The results show that grey relation degree analysis is an analytical method suitable for studying the factors affecting the voidage of asphalt mixture,the number of shear compaction,proportion of asphalt and the mass fraction of particle size less than 0.075 mm are three main factors that affect the voidage of the shear compacted specimen.The research results have certain guiding significance for asphalt mixture design and construction quality control.
