摘要
目的 :探讨中药六味地黄丸对糖耐量低减 (IGT)转化为糖尿病 (DM )的影响。方法 :按 1997年国际糖尿病联盟 (IDF)建议的诊断标准判定IGT 6 4例 ,并随访、观察 2年。首诊时分成六味地黄丸组和对照组。结果 2年时 ,六味地黄丸组FPG、2hPG均明显下降 ,平均每年DM发病率为 3 4 % ,对照组的空腹血糖 (FPG)、2hPG大多数为不同程度的上升 ,平均每年DM发病率为 19 1%。对照组发生DM的危险是六味地黄丸组的 5 6倍。 2年随访时 2hPG六味地黄丸组与对照组比较差异非常显著。结论 :表明六味地黄丸防止IGT发展成DM具有显著作用。
In order to study the effect of Liuwei Dihuang pill on IGT turning into DM,64 cases of IGT patients with observing 2 years were chosen for the treated group with Liuwei Dihuang pill and control group (according to diagnosis of IDF in 1977).After 2 years,FPG and 2hPG were increased in various degrees in most of the patients of control group and the incidence of DM was average 19 1% in per year.But FPG and 2hPG were remarkably decreased in the patients of treated group and the incidence of DM was average 3 4% in per year.The chance of the incidence of DM patients of control group was increased to 5 6 times compared with that of treated group.The difference of IGP was very remarkable in the patients between 2 groups.The study shows the obviously preventive effect of Liuwei Dihuang pill on IGT turning into DM in patients.
