摘要
针对森林资源环境效果评价法在评价森林资源环境价值时存在的不足 ,采用了意愿调查法来评价森林资源环境价值 ,介绍了意愿调查法的理论要点 ,通过具体的案例运用该方法来评价森林资源环境价值 ,并对该方法作了评价。
To counter the deficiency of the effect evaluation method, this paper adopts the contingent value method (abbr. CVM) to appraise environmental value of forest resources. The main theoretical points of this method are introduced; and through a specific case, some comments on this method are made concerning its application in appraisal of environmental value of forest resources.
