摘要
本文研究和总结了区域经济一体化的概念、区域经济一体化发展状况,探究了区域经济一体化的法律制度及其形成的原因和影响,认为采用区域经济一体化的法律制度是区域经济一体化实现的有效方式,也是使区域经济一体化在当今国际贸易自由化中扮演重要角色的决定因素。
The author of this paper studies and sums up the concepts of regional economic integration,development of regional economic integration,and explores the forming causes and significance of the legal system of regional economic integration.The author argues that adopting the legal system of regional economic integration is an efficient way to practice regional economic integration,is also one of the most important legal systems in international economic and trade.
