摘要
马克思创新思想建基于"个人自主活动"观之上,强调个人的自主性与创造性。马克思主义价值哲学视野中,创新绝非单纯的智识冲动和个人兴趣,而具有鲜明的价值取向:追求个人的自由而全面发展,实现个人价值;祈向每个人的自由而全面发展,为绝大多数人谋福利;坚持以人民为中心,激发为人民而创新的内驱力。社会主义条件下的创新教育因此具有以人为本的价值品质,既有其"成己"的一面:超脱功利,摆脱异化;又有其"成人"的一面:人人为我,我为人人。大学生创新教育应该重温并回归马克思祈望的"个人自主活动"的价值眷注,着力于启发学生的主体意识和内在动机,而非外向的功利追求,驱动新时代大学生的自由而全面发展。
Marx’s innovation thought is based on'individual self-activity',and pursuits human free and full development,and emphasizes the individual autonomy and creativity.From the perspective of Marxist value philosophy,innovation is not purely intellectual impulse and personal interest,but has a distinct value orientation:pursuing the free and full development of Individuals and realizing individual value;pray for the free and full development of everyone and strive for the benefi t of the overwhelming majority of people;sticking to the people-centered and stimulating the inner drive of innovation for the people.The innovation education under the socialist conditions has the value quality of people-oriented.It has its own two characters,which one is for personal interest:freedom from utility and out of alienation and the other one is for the people:everyone is for me and I am for everyone.College innovative education should review and return to Marx hopes'individual self-activity'.The innovation education focuses on inspiring students’subjective consciousness and intrinsic motivation rather than pursuing the extrovert utilitarian,and fi nally driving the free and full development of college students in the new era.
