摘要
民生实业公司和轮船招商局是20世纪三四十年代最有代表性的近代轮船航运企业,随着业务的推进及客观情势的演变,双方关系不断进行相应的调整,货物联运形式的联营曾发挥重要作用。抗战胜利后,联运形式难以再现,民生公司陷入经营困境。
Minsheng Industrial(Group) Co.,Ltd. and The China Merchants’ Steam Navigation Company were the most influential modern steamship enterprises in the 1930 s and 1940 s. Due to rapid changing market situation,the relationship between these two companies changed constantly. The joint operation in the form of combined freight transport had once played an important role. However, after the Anti-Japanese War, the combined transport could not be sustained, and consequently Minsheng Industrial(Group) Co., Ltd. suffered huge business loss.
