摘要
我国市场经济体制中国有企业占据大部分位置,但随着国有经济体制的逐渐改革,国有企业的内部控制问题逐渐被社会所关注。企业内部存在很多的问题,内部控制工作仍然较为落后,导致部分国有企业长期亏损,如何跟随社会的发展做好国有企业体制改革,充分发挥国有企业在我国经济中的主导地位,其关键在于企业内部控制问题。本文根据国有企业发展现状,对国有企业内部控制问题进行探究并提出相应的对策。
