摘要
异地扶贫作为精准扶贫的重要模式之一,是将居住在不宜居住地方的贫困群众,搬迁安置在本村以外自然和基础设施条件较好的地方,为他们脱贫致富创造条件。本文以安徽省异地扶贫试点区——革命老区金寨县为例,详细介绍了金寨县异地扶贫的补助政策和实施步骤,探究了异地搬迁扶贫的主要成效及其突出的内在问题,同时,结合问题所在,给出相应的政策建议。
Poverty alleviation as one of the important models of poverty alleviation is to place the poor people living in the place of inhabitants, and to relocate the place where the natural and the infrastructure is better than the village, and to create conditions for them to get rid of poverty and prosperity. This paper introduces the subsidy policy and implementation steps of poverty alleviation in Jinzhai County, and analyzes the main achievements and outstanding problems of poverty alleviation in different places.
