摘要
管理决策研究是中国石油科技创新体系中的重要组成,其成果对推动重组改制和提高决策水平已起到重要的作用。但是,目前在管理体制、组织、人力资源、资金投入等方面存在诸多问题,这与中国石油是我国首家在海外上市的跨国石油公司很不相适应。因此,本文基于石油管理决策研究体系的内涵、地位和作用,提出健全和完善中国石油管理决策研究体系的6项措施,势必对提高中国石油决策质量具有重要的意义。
Management &decision making research is an important part for composition of PetroChina science and technology innovation system.The a chievements have been used extensiv ely to push restructuring and reorganization forward and improve the level of policy making.But there are still many pr oblems in the management system,or-ganization,HR management and investment which do not match the position of PetroChina as the first Chinese transnational corporation listed o verseas.On the basis of meaning,position and role of petroleum manageme nt decision making research.6measures to impro ve and perfect PetroChina managemen t &decision making system have been presented.The paper believes this i s of momentous significance for Petr oChina management in their effort to improve quality of policy making.
