摘要
教师的发展问题是当前农村学前教育发展的重大阻力,究其原因是农村留守儿童较多且城乡差距大,导致教师缺少自我价值实现途径,自我效能感低。基于此分析,农村幼儿教师发展策略应为:激发从教动机,永葆农村幼儿教师职业生命力;拓展生活空间,搭建农村幼儿教师发展的舞台;落实相关政策,提高农村幼儿教师社会地位。
Teacher development is a major hindrance for pre-school education development in the rural areas,which results from left-behind children and the urban-rural development gap. They both deprive teachers of self-worth realization and sense of self-efficacy. Based on this analysis,kindergarten teacher development in the rural areas should include: stimulation of teaching motivation and preservation of professional vitality of kindergarten teachers in the rural areas,expansion of life space and building stage for kindergarten teacher development,practice of relevant policy and improving their social status.
