摘要
文章阐述了空间规划改革背景下对空间信息的实际需求,对当前用地现状调查工作中存在的主要问题进行剖析。在此基础上,结合武汉市的工作实践,从建立价值导向鲜明的用地分类标准体系、提升数据综合利用水平和创新多专业融合的工作模式三个方面,提出改进用地现状调查工作的创新思路。
The paper discusses the actual needs of spatial info in the context of spatial planning reformation,and analyzes the major problems in current land use status quo investigation.The paper proposes improving the status quo investigation from establishing a land use categorization system with clear value orientations,improving data usage level,and recreating multidisciplinary integration with Wuhan practice as an example.
