摘要
都市农庄是新型城镇化进程中城乡发展的一个方向,文章以桂林马家坊为例,探讨其在新型城镇化进程中如何从战略定位入手,合理开展产业功能规划和文化主题策划,进而指导村庄整治规划,最终建设一个生态环境优美、产业升级改造、文化特色明显和基础设施完善的现代都市农庄。
The modern farm is one of the development direction of new urbanization. The paper takes Majiafang village of Guilin as an example, discuss its method which start from strategic positioning, formulating the industrial and cultural topic plans, guidance the vil age renovation, builds a modern farm with beautiful environment, high level industry, cultural feature, and complete infrastructure.
