摘要
面对即将入驻的大型产业基地,大城市周边小城镇既需要抓住产业机遇,又需要探索"产城融合"的有效路径,实现城镇的可持续发展。研究以成都市石板滩镇总体规划为例,在轨道交通大型产业制造基地入驻该镇的背景下,探索了大城市周边小城镇的"产城融合"规划方法,指出小城镇应采用复合型的"产城融合"规划策略,在大城市区域层面注重产业互补与交通融合,在小城镇本地层面注重空间结构上的城镇功能融合,可为相关的小城镇规划与建设决策提供新的思路。
Facing the settlement of large-scale industrial base, it is essential for small towns in metropolitan periphery area to seize the opportunity and to achieve the leaping development. Meanwhile, it is also important to reveal 'industry-city integrates development', for that is the sustainable path for the town. The paper takes Shibantan Town in Chengdu city as an example, where a large industry manufacturing base will be settled down. The study presents that the planning strategy for 'industry-city integrate development' should be raised in two scale, the metropolitan region scale and the town scale, respectively to the industry, transportation, space layout etc. This study could provide technical support for the relevant town planning decision.
