摘要 快速城镇化进程背景下,城市土地资源日益紧张,城市发展逐渐从增量扩展进入存量优化阶段,同时当下某种程度的文化回归使得旧城成为参与区域或全球竞争的战略基地,注重文化消费与文化体验成为旧城再生的方向。旧城主街通常是城区最具文化底蕴的地段,也是旧城再生的核心着力点,面对新的机遇与挑战,研究从人的需求与体验角度,借助理论研究,并以广州市北京路为研究对象,对旧城主街的再生路径进行了初步探索,提出了八大核心设计策略。 Under the background of rapid urbanization, urban land resource is more and more strained. Urban development steps into the stock optimization from the incremental expansion. At the same time, cultural regression makes the old city became a strategic base in regional or global competition, making cultural consumption and experience become of the old town regeneration's direction. The main street of old town is usually the most vitality locations and the focus to regeneration of old town. Faced with new opportunities and chal enges, the paper tries to fi nd the humanized design method with the the Beijing road of Guangzhou, and proposes eight design strategies.
