摘要
沈阳市浑南新城在规划建设中,为杜绝老城区普遍存在的"行车难""停车难""机动车失控增长"等一系列交通顽疾,实现新城的可持续发展,着力打造了由对外交通系统、道路网系统、现代有轨电车系统、交通设施系统和职能交通系统构成的一体化综合交通体系。新城交通与土地使用、景观环境、社会经济的协调发展,有力支撑了浑南新城的开发建设。
During the planning and construction, for solve the problems such as “driving difficulties”, “parking difficulties” and“uncontrol able growth of cars”, realize the sustainable development, Huannan new city tries to construct the external trafifc system, road system, modern tram system, means of transportation system and trafifc control system. The harmonious development among trafifc system, land use, landscape and economy wil be a powerful support to Hunnan new city development.
