摘要
改革开放以来,我国的城市化进程越发加快,为了保持城市的理性增长与社会和谐,必须探索一套符合现代城市发展的规划思路,以作为城市发展的总体纲领。浑南新城总体规划运用现代新城的规划理念,融合历史文化元素,采取优先开展征地拆迁工作、以基础设施配套完善作为起步、提升绿色环境、启动智慧城市建设等策略,科学构建功能区,建立旨在提高生活效率的道路交通体系和注重生态优先的环境保护体系、稳定的基础设施体系和具有智慧城市内涵的规划建设管理体系,为现代化新城的规划编制提供了参考。
Since the beginning of reform and opening up, China’s urbanization process has been increasing. In order to keep rational growth of the city and social harmony, the plan must explore a planning idea conforming to modern city and practice to make it become the guiding principle of the city.Hunnan new city master plan uses the modern new city theory, start with the land requisition and demolishing, improving the urban infrastructure and environment, constructing smart city; constructs a high efficient traffic system, a eco-ifrst environmental protection system, a steady infrastructure system and a smart management system.
