《联邦党人文集》是美国最为重要的政治文献之一,是分析美国宪法和制宪会议的经典著作,其论断至今仍具有权威性。文集对联邦体制与共和原则进行了广泛讨论,揭示了一个重要的道理:人类可以通过深思熟虑来顶层设计政治制度,而这需要集优秀思想家之大成,历经广泛和深入的讨论,与大众进行深层次的沟通。《联邦党人文集》的思想虽然不可否认地还有一些瑕疵,但对后世产生了广泛而又持久的影响,对行进在法治建设道路上的现代中国,也具有不少有益的启示。
The Federalist Papers is one of the most important political literature in American history.It provides the classical interpretation of the US constitution and the Philadelphia convention,and its conclusions are still authentic now.These papers extensively discussed the federal system and principle of republic and then uncovered a significant truth;the humankind are capable of establishing good government systems from reflection and choice by collecting the thoughts,ideas,and experiences of distinguished thinkers.Despite of some undeniable flaws,The Federalist Papers has had abroad and profound influence on American politics and can shed light on modern China' s effort in building a law-based governance.
