摘要
本文从农业产业链各环节上下游的角度,研究农业产业链体系外资控制问题。在对外资控制东道国农业产业的机理进行分析的基础上,构建了外资控制力评价指标体系,对我国玉米产业的外资控制力进行了实证测度,得出了与实际相符的结论。本文还对如何弱化外资对我国农业产业的控制提出了有针对性的建议。
This paper built a index system to assess the foreign direct investmentspower to control Chinas agriculture industry chain including agricultural productsplanting,storage,processing,and sales.The empirical results show that Chinas corn industry is already uncomfortably controlled by FDI,about 16.0%in 2010,and 14.8%in 2011.The author suggests that efforts should be made to balance out the control of FDI to ensure food safety in Chinas agricultural product.
