摘要
中国倡导的亚洲基础设施投资银行得到国际社会的积极评价和广泛参与,筹建工作正在稳步推进。一方面,亚投行秉持开放包容的理念,倡导在现行国际金融秩序的框架内促进多边合作,推动国际银行体系的多样化,因此,亚投行是国际金融秩序改革进程的历史延续,是对现有全球性和区域性多边银行机构的补充。另一方面,作为新的多边融资平台,亚投行以基础设施建设作为融资重点,既弥补了现有国际融资机构在基础设施领域的投资不足和融资缺陷,又顺应了亚洲各国经济发展和区域合作的现实需要,拓展了多边融资合作的领域,是国际融资制度的创新和进一步发展。
The Asia Infrastructure Investment Bank( AIIB) as China proposed have gained positive reaction and broad participation of the international community,with the preparatory work moving forward steadily. On the one hand,AIIB holds the ideas of openness and inclusiveness,advocates to promote multilateral cooperation with-in the framework of the existing international financial order,and promotes the diversification of the international banking system,therefore,AIIB is a historical continuation of the reform process of the international financial order and complementary to the existing global and regional multilateral banking institutions. On the other hand,as a new multilateral financing platform,AIIB focuses on financing infrastructure construction,not only making up for the lack of investment and the financing defects among existing international financing institutions in the field of infrastructure,but also accommodating to the practical needs of national economic development and regional cooperation in Asia. By expanding the field of multilateral financing cooperation,it is an innovation and a further development of the international financing system.
