摘要
目的掌握宁波市精神卫生资源现状,为精神卫生决策和资源配置提供依据。方法采用全国精神卫生资源调查表,2015年对宁波市37家提供精神障碍诊断治疗、心理治疗或精神康复服务的医疗卫生机构开展调查,收集基本情况、床位数量、医疗服务量、人员数量等相关数据。结果宁波市有精神专科医院7家,综合医院及中医院精神(心理)科30家,精神科医师259名,每10万人口拥有精神科医生3. 2名;精神科护士516名,每10万人口拥有精神科护士6. 72名;精神(心理)科编制床位数1 826,精神(心理)科实有床位数2 138,老年科床位数380,精神(心理)科入院人数13 773,出院人数13 841,门急诊人次数473 578,每名医师年门诊人次为1 871. 8,每名医师年住院人次为54. 4,全市平均住院日56天,床位使用率101. 1%。7家精神专科医院设有康复科,有精神障碍社区康复机构149家。结论建议政府加大基础设施投入,增加精神科床位和社区精神科门诊点,依托云医院平台组建远程社区精神科门诊联合体,建立长效人才培养和激励机制,完善社区康复服务。
Objective To master mental health resources status in Ningbo,provide the basis for decision-making and resource allocation of mental health.Methods Thirty-seven medical and health institutions in Ningbo that provided diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders,psychological treatment or mental rehabilitation services were investigated by using national survey of mental health resources.Basic information,number of beds,number of medical services,number of personnel and other relevant data were collected.Results There were 7 mental specialized subject hospital and 30 general hospital and traditional Chinese psychology(mental).We had 259 psychiatrists that 3.2 per 100 000 population with a psychiatrist and 516 psychiatric nurses that 6.72 per 100 000 population with psychiatric nurses.There were 1 826 psychiatric compiled beds,2138 actual psychiatric beds and 380 elderly beds.The number of admission patients was 13 773,and the number of discharged patients was 13 841.The number of clinical visits was 473 578,and the number of clinical visits of each physician was 1 871.8.Hospital visitors of each physician was 54.4,and average day hospitalization was 56,bed usage was 101.1%.Seven psychiatric hospitals had rehabilitation departments and there were 149 community rehabilitation institutions.Conclusion The government has increased spending on infrastructure and increased the number of psychiatric beds.We should increase community psychiatric outpatient clinics.Through the remote community psychiatric outpatient association relying on cloud hospital platform,we should establish a long-term talent training and incentive mechanism and improve the community rehabilitation service.
