摘要
前不久在北京召开的中非合作论坛第三次峰会暨第七届部长级会议,为正处于转型升级和提质增效关键阶段的中非合作进一步指明了方向。论坛取得的重要思想成果为新时代中非关系再上新台阶奠定了坚实基础,也使中非关系清晰呈现了南南合作维度、多边主义维度、新型国际关系维度、心灵契合维度、命运共同体维度等多维度特性。
The Third Beijing Summit and the Seventh Ministerial Conference of Forum on China-Africa Cooperation(FOCAC) which were held in Beijing recently gave directions to the cooperation between China and Africa amid the crucial phase of its transformation and upgrade on quality and efficiency. The achievments yielded by the event laid solid foundation for China-Africa relations to reach a new stage in the new era. Meanwhile, they clarified the multidimensional features of China-Africa relations on South-South cooperation, multilateralism, new form of international relations, sharing of same ideas and common aspirations and on the community of shared future.
