The Belt and Road Initiative, an exploration of a new mode of global governance, provides positivity for world peace and development, and reflects the vision of a community of shared future. The outcomes and effects since the proposal and implementation of B&R Initiative have been obvious and the initiative has gained active response of an increasing number of countries. Globalization is the contemporary manifestation of modernization development, which has run into some problems. There is a real need of a new force to promote modernization development so as to bring shared prosperities and a pleasant future for all humanity. The Belt and Road Initiative represents a new engine of globalization.
