摘要
【目的】提高上海市节水型农业园区的创建水准。【方法】在总结上海嘉定华亭现代农业园区对节水型农业园区创建工作的主要做法和成效的基础上,提出了上海市节水型农业园区建设的建设方向和措施。【结果】创建方法包括(1)编制农业园区节水规划;(2)优化农业空间布局,提升园区产出效益;(3)实施节水型农业示范工程,加快节水灌溉工程建设;(4)推进节水设施建设,提升灌溉水利用效率;(5)建全节水管理机构;(6)探索用水节水管理制度建设。【结论】创建节水型农业园区规划先行,优化布局,突出示范效应,设施要配套,并且加强管理。
【Objective】Improve the establishment standard of water-saving agricultural parks in Shanghai.【Method 】on the basis of summarizing the main methods and effects of establishing water-saving agricultural park in Huating Modern Agricultural Park, Jiading, Shanghai, the construction direction and measures of water-saving agricultural park in Shanghai were put forward.【Result】Establishment methods include: ①compiling water-saving planning of agricultural parks;② optimizing the spatial distribution of agriculture to improve the output efficiency of the parks;③ implementing water-saving agricultural demonstration projects to speed up the construction of water-saving irrigation projects;④ promoting the construction of water-saving facilities to improve the efficiency of irrigation water use;⑤building a water-saving management institution;⑥ exploring the construction of watersaving management system. 【Conclusion】The establishment of water-saving agricultural parks should be planned first, the layout should be optimized, the demonstration effect should be highlighted, the facilities should be matched, and the management should be strengthened.
