江苏省耕地后备资源空间分布与利用模式研究 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】研究江苏省耕地后备资源空间分布与利用模式。【方法】以江苏省13个地级市,91个区县为调查对象,采用基于GIS的核密度分析模型、平均中心模型等对耕地后备资源空间分布和利用模式进行分析。【结果】江苏省可开发、可复垦、可整理耕地后备资源数量分别占总量的19.26%、77.65%、3.09%,且空间分布不均匀,总体分布特征是北多南少。通过对全省耕地后备资源开发时序(2015年以前、2016—2020年、2020年以后)的分析,得出在3个时间段内可完成耕地后备资源开发利用分别占全省耕地后备资源开发利用总面积的16.03%、41.56%、42.41%,并利用平均中心模型得到耕地后备资源的迁移变化情况。【结论】根据江苏省耕地后备资源的类型,指导其利用模式,主要有用于耕地占补平衡和城乡建设用地增减挂钩。通过核密度模型和平均中心模型,得到两种模式下的耕地后备资源地域分布和开发利用计划。 【Objective】Study the spatial distribution and utilization pattern of cultivated land reserve resources in Jiangsu Province.【Method】13 cities and 91 districts were chosen in Jiangsu Province as objects,using the method of Mean Center analysis model to investigate the reserve resources of cultivated land and propose the utilization models of the reserve resources in Jiangsu Province.【Result】The three types of reserve resources of cultivated land(which can be developed,reclaimed,arranged)in Jiangsu Province accounted for 19.26%,77.65%and3.09%of the total reserve resources of cultivated land,respectively.The geographical distribution of reserve resources of cultivated land in Jiangsu province was uneven,and present as higher level in north than that in south.Through the analysis of the development sequence of reserve resources(before 2015,2016—2020 and after2020),the reserve resources of cultivated land could be completed and utilized in three time periods,accounting for 16.03%,41.56%and 42.41%of the total cultivated land reserve resources respectively.Meanwhile,the average center model is used to obtain the change of the cultivated land reserve resources.【Conclusion】It’s used for the cultivated land requisition-compensation balance project,urban and rural construction land to increase or decrease linked project.Obtain the regional analysis and development and utilization plan of reserve resources under the two modes by means of Kernel Density Estimation analysis model and Mean Center analysis model.
