摘要
为了进一步激发农村基层组织活力,创新农村工作机制,推动农村改革发展综合试验区建设,2010年信阳市选派了317名机关干部深入"双薄弱村"担任村党组织"第一书记"。该项工作已取得了初步成效,受到了群众普遍欢迎。目前最需要深入研究的是:有哪些成功经验,还有那些最急需解决的问题,以及如何建立相应的体制和机制,把此项工作推向深入。
In order to further stimulate the vitality of rural grassroots organizations and innovative mechanisms to work in rural areas, promote rural reform and development of a comprehensive experimental zone construction, Xinyang City in 2010 selected the 317 cadres in-depth 'double weak village' as the village party 'first secretary.' The work has achieved initial success, widely welcomed by the masses. The most studied in depth is:What successful experiences, as well as the most urgent problems, and how to establish appropriate institutions and mechanisms to deepen this work.
