跳远是典型的速度和爆发力相结合的运动项目,在跳远中助跑速度是成绩的基础,而助跑准确性是关键中的关键。通过文献资料法、观察法与专家访谈法收集整理,影响海南少年女子跳远运动员助跑准确性的因素进行分析,找出影响助跑准确性的主要原因,提出相对应的解决方法和措施。
The long jump is the movement project which the typical speed and the explosive force unify,in the long jump the approach speed is the result foundation,but the approach accuracy is in the key key.Through the literature material law,the method of inspection and the expert interview law collection reorganizes,affects the Hainan young female long jump athlete approach accurate factor to carry on the analysis,discovers the influence approach accurate primary cause,proposed corresponds solution and measure.
