摘要
成本收益分析被视为理性主义的重要分析工具,但是,在理论上成本收益分析并非总是导致理性的结果。本文通过对成本收益分析自身成本的分析,并把成本收益分析的自身成本作为政策或方案成本的一部分,探讨了在某些情况下成本收益分析结果与理性偏好的冲突。
