单节段椎弓根钉系统非融合固定人工骨植骨治疗青年战士腰椎峡部裂 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨单节段椎弓根钉系统非融合固定人工骨植骨治疗青年战士腰椎峡部裂的临床疗效。方法自2007-02—2013-02本院应用单节段椎弓根钉系统非融合固定人工骨植骨治疗椎体滑脱≤Ⅰ度患者22例,均常规行腰椎X线片、CT和MRI检查。采用Henderson标准评价疗效。结果随访6~72个月,平均39个月。按Henderson标准:优18例,良4例,无一例内固定失败及神经症状加重。结论该术具有操作简单、创伤少、安全性高、基层医院易开展、固定牢靠、疗效肯定的优点。采用羟基磷灰石人工骨植骨避免在健康部位行取骨术,骨量充足;避免取骨区疼痛、感染等并发症。适应证的把握是保证临床疗效的关键。
