摘要
高分子凝胶渗透色谱实验中,淋出体积与分子量的定量关系具有非常重要的意义,它通常由校准方程所给。然而目前高分子教材中对该方程的理论基础缺乏清晰的交代。本文通过扩散分离模型和构象熵模型分别推导出目前实验上普遍使用的两种校准方程,给出了方程中唯相系数的理论形式,并推论出校准方程适用的分子量范围。推论的正确性得到了文献结果的证实。
In gel permeation chromatographic(GPC)experiments of polymers,the quantitative relationship between elution volume and molecular weight,which is generally given by an empirical calibration equation,is very important.However,a clear theoretical derivation to this equation is absent in present polymer textbooks.This paper derives the two calibration equations widely used in experiments in terms of diffusion separation model and conformational entropy model,and gives the theoretical expressions for the phenomenological coefficients involved in the calibration equations.We further deduce the application range of the equations,which can be confirmed by literatures.
